On 21th Apr., Mr. Zhao Yu, Dean of Automotive Engineering Department and Mr. Zhao Liangfu, Vice Director of Recruitment and Employment Department of CAII attended New Energy Conference on Integrated Development of Industry and Education & School-Enterprise Cooperation Talents and Projects Meeting in Shanghai at the invitation of TESLA Shanghai Co., Ltd.

Tesla is a famous brand in the area of new energy automobile. TESLA Shanghai Co., Ltd. is the first exclusively foreign-invested Car manufacturing company in China. Also it is the first overseas workshop of Tesla. The purpose of this meeting is to strengthen the School-Enterprise Cooperation, to discuss the long-term plan of Tesla's talent demand,, reserves and training., as well as the deeper School-Enterprise Cooperation project.
Visiting Tesla Super Workshop
Mr. Zhao Yu expressed the will of deep School-Enterprise Cooperation on behalf of CAII on the meeting. The issues of recruitment, order-based training and integration of industry and education training module had been discussed adequately with Tesla project managers.
After the meeting, school's representatives visited Tesla super workshop, studied enterprise culture and experienced the modern production and manufacturing technology. This meeting deepens the understanding of both school and enterprise and set up a good foundation of next cooperation.
